Fashion Photo-Kanye West, Yay or Nay?

Wao! In a world where styles spring up on a daily basis especially from the celebrities, what can one say when  you spot something like this and people call it "fashion".... lol!
Well as for me this is no fashion at all! Looks crazy, like some rat's trademark.... (am so sorry Kanye!)
