MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE IN UPTH......

its really sad how less concerned our supposed life savers are going about their duties.... i had a post here last time which was similar to this case and its unfortunate that this had to happen again.
 the girl in the picture is kel, a 200level theatre arts student of uniport who was said to have collapsed in the bathroom yesterday at about 5.30am in her room in uniport and was rushed to uniport teaching hospital, upth. Now this girl was left for six hours unattended to with the excuse that there was no bed space, and was kept at the lobby... haba... that was not even all, after taking all the time, her friends were still asked to go and get an affidavit and as well make a deposit of 50 thousand naira...
where did they expect students to get that amount of money at that time?
finally when her friends decided to take her to another hospital, she was confirmed dead already....
we have lost another student due to medical negligence 
uniport students are presently protesting and a source had it that this made it impossible for lectures to hold today.
its indeed a pity....
these doctors tho.. RIP KEL.
